I have a very difficult time explaining what it is, but ASMR has made its way on Wikipedia. It is a form of relaxation I get, and the triggers sometimes even reach my spine or even the sides of my neck. It has even helped me go to sleep sometimes. The triggers can range from whispering, scratching and tapping.

There is also another explanation on the ASMR Videos website, and you can also find out more about ASMR on Facebook too.

There are also a lot of ASMR videos and accounts on YouTube as well, and it's usually best to use headphones whenever you're watching and/or listening to ASMR videos. I wouldn't know which actual videos to start with, but here are a few of my favorite users on YouTube that make ASMR videos.
