Ok, I created an audio CUE file, I also updated chapters and subs in this updated complete package: htda2013-04-12.SubsAndChapters.zip
So you can add chapters, subs, if you want... But your 1080p file produced MANY errors in remuxing/playing/subtitling (when creating subs, refuse to play, as in my usual ZoomPlayer, direct remuxing produced warning message and unsync).
You may receive many play complains, I fixed it with the commercial TMPGenc Mpeg Smart Renderer 4, this tool is famous to edit videos without recoding them, ( well, it will recode minimum, the cut parts for example). In your case I watched it work, it recoded many small video parts, but also kept a lot of untouched video parts, it gave me a playable version, who allowed me to work. So you can say it smart-fixed your video file.
Back to what's new: I used chapter file on your audio, and tweaked it to produce a CUE file. This will help you extract and cut a perfect M4A version of the live show, instead of the actual MP3 version. Only one lossy compression: the one did by youtube. The audio in your file is not damaged and workable.
Quick instructions :
-Use freeware YAMB for example to extract the AAC/M4A file
-Download and launch freeware mp3directcut not forgetting to add libFAAD2 dll for Win32 so it will play AAC files.
-Mp3DirectCut is famous for being able to edit without recoding MP3 files but also MP2 and M4A via additional free dll
-Load the AAC file
-Special/Load CUE sheet over current audio file
-File/Save split

The light show is great, and I like HTDA, but anyone noticed that on the Youtube rip the sound is really really bad? I can hardly hear some parts that on the album are more clear and louder. Not to mention that the whole concert seems muzzled and murky sounding. What's up with that?
1) It's web streamed audio, it's going to suck
2) Festival sound is notoriously worse than concert sound. You don't have nearly as much time to soundcheck at festivals and it's not all about one band.
3) Broadcast audio is just as bad, imagine someone who doesn't know the band having to mix the sound that's being sent to the live stream
4) This is the second ever HTDA gig, they're still working out the kinks, that's why there is spikes and dips in instrument volumes at certain points
These reasons seem right and I have thought about them too, but when I first watched the stream it just amazed me how bad the sound is (knowing that Trent is a perfectionist when it comes to sound). Oh well, maybe the band will put out a live DVD some day.

Official Coachella videos
I tested both perfect rip from dimeadozen and RITC, the file from dimeadozen is far better, no play or remux errors, no artefacts (RITC version got a bad artefact on the final speech mariqueen closeup for example)

Glad to hear that someone got a good rip of the 1080p stream. I knew that mine had issues, but since nobody else here had gotten it, I'd posted it.
Some I took on Friday night. Ill post some more tomorrow. finally got home from Indio and have 20k worth of photos to sift through.

Please go to more shows.
I updated my CUE+SUBS+CHAPTERS package to support the dimeadozen version too : htda2013-04-12.SubsAndChapters.zip refer to previous posts for help
Looks like ninjaw has the best rip (minimal/no artifacts, etc). Working on making that available for everyone very soon.
and the irony of trying to reduce the amount of glitch in a HTDA performance is not lost on me.
