Yeah, that song was the worst of the bunch live. The music was too subtle/thin, though Mariqueen did an adequate job on vocals. As for her being stiff...she was covered in a sea of curtains and lights for most of the show. I never expected her to suddenly become Freddie Mercury once she took center stage during 'Ice Age'. Other than a few moments from Reznor on guitar, she was the liveliest member on stage (as a frontwomen should be.)
I thought it was a good performance overall. No big surprises - the visuals looked like an updated version of some of the W_T production, which was a good route to take for this project. I certainly wasn't expecting anything near 'Lights in the Sky' caliber visuals, though I was impressed with what they were able to pull off. 'The Loop Closes' was definitely the standout for me. The studio version doesn't impress me at all, but it sounds a lot more purposeful and fun when played live.
