I don't generally like/watch reaction vids, but this pastor's interests me for some reason. He previously did APC's Judith and Tool's Right in Two. Today, he did Lateralus. I want to watch it but it's 32 minutes and I am at work! I hope it's interesting.
Yeah, I normally hate these, but this guy interests me. I think it might be because I grew up in rural Texas where the churches feared and hated everything that didn't conform to their beliefs, and this guy is the polar opposite, seemingly appreciating seeing an outside perspective.
They also did Wings/10K days
Been watching these as well. Just requested Terrible Lie.
I think he does think a little too much into some of the lyrics BUT thats the point I guess. I also wish they would do a tad more research beforehand which I think they have started getting better at. The Judith video was tough to watch just because of all of the misinformation.
The dad/pastor is awesome though...the kid is cringe-worthy most of the time haha
Is there a good (audio or video) recording of Wings / 10k Days from the first performance at the Staples Center back in 2006?
I've been quite hesitant to fall for any rumors before something official, but there is a new really good one. A musician spotted Tool at the airport in Portland, Maine. If that isn't bullshit, then the album is now in Bob Ludwig's hands and we really are in the home stretch as he handles their mastering.
Appears to be Bob Ludwig......soooooooooooooo........................
^ Where did that image get posted?
It's on their Facebook
Not even a massive Tool fan, but this excites me.

Additional info ^^
Looks like Maynard ate Vince Neil.
(yes, I know it’s not him lol)
Wow, so we’re in the homestretch

Oh my I might actually hear new songs at COA!
(still wont make up for no Prodigy )
Very exciting times.
Random thought - as varied and interesting as Salival is, I’ve never understood why they decided to include that live version of Part Of Me on it. Compared to the rest of the songs on it, it’s just kind of... there.
A guy on Reddit posted that he sold a painting to Adam Jones and Jones showed him some of the artwork for the album.
Maynard's timeline is right on point...maybe mid-May.

Mastering over, artwork in place, this sucker is DONE.
It's...it's happening?!?
