Oh I am but keep in mind he has been "working on it" for over 3 years now so as with everything he does I will believe it when I hear it
No mention of the by and down single or the live dvd rumours earlier in the thread. It'll be interesting to see how these next few live performances go.
Just saw tonights show.
It was more or less the same as the last tour. Emotive heavy setlist, James and Maynard stand up segment and By And Down was the last song.
Merch was meh. Same shirt design, different color scheme and today's date.
Kuodos to anyone who was able the film the concert, security was on point on stopping people who whipped out their phones or cameras.
And no new details on album or DVD.
Sucktastic!
I was also there. Got these pics of the poster and the VIP pass. There was also a VIP pass with a black dude drawn in the same style that the venue staff had.
I thought they replaced Maynard with a robot because he hit every note beautifully. Rest of the band seemed on spot from what I could hear too.
I really didn't see many cameras , which is strange. A lot of the crowd really didn't like Neil Hamburger. The crowd was really into the show, and the band seemed to enjoy it.
Full set list. Exactly half is from eMOTIVe. Not too bad. Not to mention that a lot of the songs from that album get changed up to be nearly unrecognizable in a live setting (see: Annihilation)
Here are the pics.

So what's it take to get more, new studio material from these guys? I'm dying and have been dying since they reformed. A half-assed live recording doesn't really tide you over when you know they could easily record it and release it. I'd buy it in a heartbeat.
Something tells me they have more than one new song written since they reformed, least that we know about.
Nobody would suspect anything if Maynard just took his Conditions songs to Billy and recorded them under APC name instead of Puscifer (maybe replacing some electronics and programming with real guitars and drums here and there)
There's no reason a band like APC should be playing covers (Emotive shit) with so many amazing songs.
Whoa,no Judith.Shame.
So much for "one special night." :/ I couldn't even go, and I was hoping for sooome kind of cool thing, even if they'd just whipped out "Judith" one time.
Here is the tour shirt, which was the only new merch.

The back of the shirt and the VIP messenger bag are in the full set here.

Do we have a reason why?
Eh, fuck EmOtIvE
Ha! I give them credit for even getting that, apparently people were being ejected left and right for filming/taking pictures.
The guy right in front of me got thrown out for ha ing his phone out. They warned him once and the second time they took him out.
