Really sad they couldn't capture the band with Josh. It's a cool release, glad it's getting out there. Really curious to hear Sean's mix on the live stuff. Anyone know of some really awesome quality bootlegs from the MDN and TS tours? Kind of want to archive those eras now.
FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUCKK!
Is a nice $30 blu ray or $50 blu ray/cd combo pack too much to fucking ask for in this day in age. Everything has to be fucking LIMITED?!?!?!
US$70 to ship to Australia?
No thanks.
I paid it. Fucking ridiculous though.
And that was the cheapest option:
- USPS Priority Mail International - $69.75
- USPS Priority Mail Express International - $90.75
- International Shipping - $100.00
- USPS Global Express Guaranteed (GXG) - $128.05
- FedEx International Economy - $178.70 (6 Business Days)
- FedEx International Priority - $183.15 (4 Business Days)
- UPS Worldwide Expedited - $186.22
- UPS Saver - $191.80 (1 Business Day)
Is everybody just glossing over the fact that there's a new album out in two months in addition to this box set?

Links to an album called 3-60. It sounds like a greatest hits to me, which would be silly.... Just a disc of Judith, The Hollow and The Outsider.
Yeah, this is what I meant. It's just a vague link to an Amazon listing with no further information. No chatter from the band that there's gonna be a new album, in fact everyone has said that there wasn't gonna be a new album. Why would they release an album of new material so close to a retrospective collection? After Emotive and the cash-grab of the last tour, do we even want a new album from these guys?
If it is a "real" album, then congrats Maynard pulled a Trent and hid that quite well. In that case, that is a good reason to delay the new TOOL album in my mind if this is an all brand new APC record. Also, that would end one hell of a year in great music releases if it's real.
@october_midnight How much was shipping to Canada for that box set? Did they want $70 to ship here like they wanted for Australia? I heavily contemplated buying this when I saw it this morning, thought about it and decided not to. It's still a great package. I wonder just how "limited" it will be? Looks like it hasn't "sold out" quite yet.
Maybe they are gaguing an interest now and depending now many "pre-orders" they sell will be the number of sets available.

There were actually a number of options I was given, one being 'USPS Priority Mail International' for $46.85 so I went with that one.
I"m going to guess that 3-60 is 3 x 60 minute live albums in one package (i.e. the Trifecta component of this A Perfect Circle Live: Featuring Stone and Echo set) which means the Red Rocks concert is exclusive to this limited edition set.
I was under the impression that Three-Sixty was in reference to 360 degrees... aka a perfect circle.
Honestly, if this album is anything, I bet it's a collection of the "best of" live tracks over the span of the 3 CD box set they are releasing. It'll probably be a "best of" live CD with a mixed bag of songs handpicked from the 3 live albums.
Apparently it also has a deluxe edition, so maybe the "deluxe" includes a DVD of a preformance along with the CD. When you click "here" (as it is linked to APC.com) it goes to today's news about the box set. So, I believe this is the accompanying "regular" version of this package that someone above was asking for, the "non limited edition" version basically.

$10 says Maynard isn't even on '360' but there's a brand new Puscifer album in the works for 2014.
Well, didn't Maynard tweet that new music is expected at all fronts? Maybe it is a new album.
I've seen Maynard mentioning working slowly on some new music and ideas with Billy more than him talking about anything Tool-related in past few years.
From what I can gather Three-Sixty has nothing to do with the boxset.
The boxset is being self released by A Perfect Circle while Three-Sixty is being released by Universal (which owns Virgin.)
So my guess is that Three-Sixty is a best of being released by Universal.
Maybe it is part of an agreement so they can release the boxset since Virgin owns 99 percent of those songs.
Now the weird part is there is a regular version and a deluxe version of Three-Sixty.
I honestly hope I'm wrong and that this is a new album.
Let's play the game : guess the tracklist if there would be a "Best of" coming
The Hollow (2001 mix)
Judith
Three Libras (regular or remix)
Thinking of You (it had a video)
Weak and Powerless
The Outsider
Blue
The Noose (because of aMotion?)
Imagine
Passive
Counting Bodies Like Sheep to blablabla
By and Down (live, because there is no studio version)
Ashes to Ashes (live, because there isn't any new song really)
some other remix
that was boring. I want a new album! Three-Sixty... I'm waiting for more infos!
Greatest Hits album are pretty much just single collections. GHs have always been boring.
Here's to hoping it's a completely new album of new material. Though the name warrants a GH feel. Not to mention the obvious reference to the circle being 360 degrees.
