There is a... fascinating new feature on this site that appears to be unintended. I'm referring to the sound effects playing every time I scroll up or down. Anyone else experiencing this?

When on conference calls through Skype all site sounds are slightly muted. Was scrolling and thought someone was sniffling or blowing their nose unmuted. Honestly almost said something before I remembered.
