The "Big Gulp" is a very large fountain soda container you can buy at convenience stores here in the US. It's just funny (for some of us) in the fact that Jim Carrey tries to start a conversation with 2 random strangers "hanging out" at a convenience store at night, and something that stupid comes out of his mouth along with the no reaction from said strangers. Definitely random stupidity at its finest.
