My course was two years and even that is a bit time consuming. Pile on another year for useless standard crap like two math courses, two english courses, three electives and one social science course. Lot of stuff even for a two year degree.
I've been out for two months and have to deal with maybe 100-150 and its kinda difficult.
That'd make a great gamertag.
Chuggington Brewster died.
Whenever you write Chuggington Brewster, I read it as Chester Bennington
Replace Graphic Design with Photography and you've got the exact same story of my girlfriend's sister. I don't know how many times I've told her that she'll never ever get a full time professionaly photog job because any old Joe can take a picture on their iPhone and make it look great.
A tampered-with shop sign has rendered me my rap name... if I ever become a rapper. Say hello to "Illington Butcher".
They grow up so fast!
I have a friend in a similar situation. He moved here for some kind of sound design course...I don't recall the school he was doing it at though, so that won't help much, it's downtown though... Anyway, it was only a 1 year program, and now that he has "graduated" he is always bitching and complaining on facebook that he is jobless and nobody in the industry will hire him. He's trying to break into the film or gaming industry, leaning more towards the gaming industry, and he's scowering the ads on Craigslist for an oppertunity. I'm like, "dude, you gotta know someone to get into those fields, they aren't just gonna pop up on Craigslist as an open invitation". But he seems to think otherwise... He keeps complaining he can't afford food and doesn't know what to do and takes on random one-off jobs here and there to make ends meet. last week I think he did some scaffolding, lol...
Graduate from Sound Design - Major in Scaffolding, haha.

Holy shit, Fox is REALLY fucking desperate these days, huh?
Replace both with any creative job these days. After getting a degree/education you still have to intern for free or low wages until you meet someone who will hire you and even then they expect more and more for the same pay.
My husband graduated from one of the top design courses in the UK, took a year off to work at prestigious firm between 2nd and 3rd year and still had to intern for a year before finding a job where he's billed out and has the responsibilities of a senior designer but gets paid as a junior. I went to school for for film/tv/special fx makeup and all of my jobs want me to do hair and loads want me to do costume now too. Everyone wants more for less.
Sums up a lot of us perfectly.
Well, since I can't get the NIN show to stream, how about some more KKK funny.
THIS IS MALICIOUS FECAL DISTRIBUTION!!
