Sorry for delay in response, it`s been madness shipping out the new titles!
Sorry to hear you have a faulty copy of the RECOILED, though the vast majority are fine, it seems there`s tiny batch of faulty copies. Obviously we couldn`t play every copy (especially as they`re sealed), but we are collecting all reports of faulty copies to report to the factory. As vinyl is never flawless (especially `special` colours like this), we had a few over-pressed in case a situation like this happens.
I`ll be back in touch in the next few days, and will arrange you being sent a replacement.
