Finally got my hands on the Wish remaster. It's so nice to have this fresh update on my favorite Cure album. It had always sounded muddy to me, especially on "Friday I'm In Love", which had always sounded like there was cloth over my ears or like the song was taped off the radio.
So are we ever going to get a release date for this new album? lol
5 out of... 12 songs already played live now.
Alone
And Nothing Is Forever
A Fragile Thing
I Can Never Say Goodbye
Endsong
I'm in shock to see this remaster is not brickwalled to death, it does sound great indeed.
I usually skip remasters but i'm missing that one on vinyl so i might have to get that now.
Perhaps It Will Never Be the Same Again and Step Into the Light are from the new album as well
The last three shows are December 11, 12 and 13 in Wembley. Think we'll get more song debuts over those three nights?

Three Imaginary Boys tour debut tonight.
This should have been on the Wish reissue.
I heard good reports on his voice from my friends at the Leeds show
No surprises at the first Wembley gig.
One interesting quote from the show is Robert telling people the new songs “won’t be ‘new’ for much longer.”
Sure, it’s a wordier way of saying “soon” but I’ll take what I can get.
I'm dreaming of a Cure Christmas.
No surprises at second Wembley gig.
Robert and Roger comment on their funko pops, lol:

I wasn't expecting any surprises from the Wembly gigs. maybe the last one, but still not holding my breath.
You would think playing three straight nights in Wembley they would mix up the setlist a bit, but no let's play nearly the same setlist for all three shows.
They do usually change it up if it's a few shows at the same venue. Not this time for some reason.

Going a bit overtime with 10:15 Saturday Night and Killing An Arab after Boys Don't Cry.

What are the chances they filmed the shows and that's why no rotation?

Killing an Arab last night in London. Sadly, we'll probably never get that one in the states nowadays. Such a ripping song!
