As far as “classic” Judas Priest is concerned this is my favorite. I’m also a big fan of Defenders of the Faith and Painkiller.

Bought this album today and listened to it for the first time all the way through, and then again, and again. What a fucking masterpiece. I had only really listened to “Shadow on the Sun,” “Like a Stone,” and “I Am the Highway” before this. Every track on here is great. God, am I gonna miss Cornell’s voice. So damn powerful. Will always regret never seeing them live.

This is a different take on "Shopping For Girls" with Bowie playing the sax. I really dig the Tin Machine II album, I know it got slammed when it came out but I really don't care what the critics think. I also lucked out and found an original Tin Machine II on vinyl still sealed for pennies.

Two years out and it doesn't get any easier missing Bowie.

Indeed it does. I also recently got a vinyl copy (will post it soon probably)!

I've had this record for a while now, but I can officially say this is a great effort even after 2 months of listening to it over and over again. By far not their best, but it amazes me how solid this band is with their output. The shows last fall were amazing and I am curious what happens along the way in the BRMC camp in 2018.

Saw their documentary on Showtime earlier today and I felt the urge to revisit them.
