Still one of the funnest shows I've attended.
I don't recall the 'how' but I found a bunch of bootlegs on archive.org for a 90s band - the who isn't important - and I've been listening to them today. It's kind of amazing how badly they play their own songs live. Like, how do you do that? One of them was such a bad performance that if I were a member of that audience I'd for sure never listen to them again. Wow.
The fascinating thing is that all of them seem to be pro-recorded because they sound great other than the poor playing.
My my, it's a (depending on your musical leanings) somewhat lame band and cumbersome for me to try to do anything like that.
