Absolutely floored by this album. Start to finish. I listened to Manchester Orchestra back when I worked at a record store in college; Mean Everything to Nothing had just come out and we played it quite a bit in the store. Then I honestly forgot about them...listened to some of Simple Math and enjoyed but then forgot again.
Then yesterday I was like, what happened to them... saw this is their newest album from '17 and gave it a listen. 24 hours later I'm on my 10th or so listen through.
And THIS damn song had me in absolute shambles on my first listen. I recommend listening to the whole album first since this is the last track (and its somewhat of a concept album) BUT if you dont care about that, def dive in if this is the only song you listen to on the album.

I have been on a Jesus and Mary Chain bender this whole pandemic. I am absolutely obsessed with Automatic. It makes me sad that they didn't change their setlist up much on the 2018 tour. They have such a great catalogue.
Current reinvigorated obsession.
Pre-ordered that White Pony/Black Stallion deluxe vinyl box set also since I don't even the former on wax. Was cheaper just to do that.
Gorgeous song with some of the best production I've ever heard.
So, the viral video Gary Brolsma made all those years ago to this track resurfaced on a twitch stream I was watching about a month ago. Getting a good nostalgic laugh, I decided to delve deeper into O-Zones's history and it is quite interesting.
Each member has respective careers now, with Dan Balan being a huge star over in Europe. How I never made the correlation in that T.I. song with Rhianna is beyond me.

I highly recommend this to @bobbie solo , @eversonpoe and @Prettybrokenspiral
Soul Glo.

I'm not worthy....!
Not super into recent Dave or Megadeth but this song rules. One of the best since the 90's output. I always heard people rant and rave this album is a return to form but I never sought it out. Maybe I should.
That bass line..
Really strange to listen to at first because it's outside my usual wheelhouse but it's kind of great for zenning out to whatever.
All the Thou talk had me run to Bandcamp.
Currently listening to Blessings of the Highest Order which is all Nirvana covers.
I was not expecting this style so it was a little jarring at first but they make it work.
Up next:
A Primer of Holy Words - also a covers album but from various bands.
I have the ERR album/EP as well but I was excited by the cover albums so they're first.
OK...weird. So the Thou cover of Fourth of July sounds really similar to the 2 Minutes to Late Night version.
