    One of the easiest-to-listen-to Cure albums, by my ears at least. Catchy, moody, easy to slip into, immediately gripping, a great blend of single-type material and more expansive work. I know it's not hated but I don't hear it brought up a ton among favorite lists. A Night Like This is just utter perfection.

    only has one song i don't LOVE (six different ways), but the rest of the album is fantastic. sinking, especially, is a great closer.
