Don't much care for any of their other output and their aesthetic is ridiculous, but this song is really good.
@Space Suicide - I’ve never gotten into Norwegian black metal or black metal in general. What do you think of Abbath’s stuff? Not so much interested in the music as I am reading up on bands like Behemoth and Mayhem and all the interesting shit about them and their past, and Ghaal. I actually quite dig this song (originally from that "I" project I read about). Kinda lol how people are comparing Abbath to Peter Steele with the sense of humour thing.
I'm big into the black metal bands of the Swedish and Norwegian persuasion.
Abbath and his former band (still a band) Immortal are some of my favorites. I also love Mayhem, Emperor, Darkthrone, Taake, Gorgoroth, Burzum, Dark Funeral, Watain, Behemoth and Marduk. Plus loads more.
Ever want a crash course visit the thread for it and I can post some favorites. I bet you'd like some of them as you like imagery and lyricism in Danzig.
On a tribal-industrial kick these days. Must be my recent fascination with brutal rhythmic patterns over walls of noise, as I spent the last autumn writing either noise music or hip hop beats. I guess I've been itching for something more "primitive" sounding.
“Lichen” from SAW2 should have definitely been at least this long:
In Fabric put me in a mood... rest of the night playlist:
Porches // The House
Stereolab // Dots And Loops (Expanded Edition)
Pye Corner Audio // Stasis
Cavern Of Anti-Matter // In Fabric 7"
The algoriddim' works in mysterious ways. I am really into this youtube channel. It is full of random 80's era soviet block music. A lot of post punk, goth punk, industrial, experimental. I feel like I unlocked some inter-dimensional portal.

Show Me The Body
Just found out about these guys. Reminds me of a lot of stuff mixed together in an original way.
Black Midi + Death Grips + Swans
Insane live band, but probably one of the most dissapointing evenings I've had... They played for 30 minutes for 20€ with no supporting band. It was quick, it was brutal and it was good, but at 9pm me and a couple of other guys were back outside asking ourselves whilst looking at the still dawning sun, "So, that was crazy good, but what do we do with the rest of the night?".
