yeah I have to totally agree with you, Every Open Eye is awesome, I'm liking the 1st half of Love is Dead more than the 2ndOh man, I was SO excited for Love Is Dead, Every Open Eye is one of my all time favorite albums! Sadly, I'm not in love with the new songs

I highly recommend the new album by Skee Mask. He’s a German electronic music producer. This album is a pleasure from start to finish.
I find a lot of electronic albums have a couple good songs... this one is like classic Aphex Twin in a way... not that it’s super eccentric, but because the entire album is sweet on the ears and varied in its assault.
Don’t let the first song fool you though; it really kicks in on the second track.

I blindly pre-ordered it after listening to some of their other material. I love the variant color press too.
