I had all 3 preordered through Amazon.COM but after the first one didn't show up and the runaround I received trying to find out why I cancelled the other 2 volumes through them. They were showing available on Amazon.CA so I preordered them there instead. Volume 1 unfortunately is showing unavailable there.

I'm still ticked off as to why we were directed to Amazon to begin with. With Teeth reissue and Birdbox OST were shipped via NIN store. Why couldn't these? The biggest kicker for all this is that With Teeth reissue and Birdbox OST I ordered on Friday and they're schedule to arrive today. From California to Toronto, ON? Fulfilled by the NIN store. Although the shipping cost ($30+ USD) as well as the fact that I received an email this morning saying there was duty charge of ($20+ CAD) left a bad taste in my mouth. At least I'm receiving these two and very quick! Which is more than I can say for the Watchmen Volume 1. I really wish they had done the same for the Watchmen OST.

I picked the cheapest which was Standard shipping and still cost me $36 USD. So you can imagine my disgust when I saw the email telling me I owed them another $20 CAD this morning for customs fees.

By the time you convert $36 USD to CAD and then add another $20 CAD on top of that I basically paid twice for the Bird Box OST.

It sucks but at least it arrived unlike my Watchmen Volume 1 which was destroyed in transit. I've read others say that their Watchmen Volume 1 arrived damaged which makes me wonder how damaged mine was for them to send it back before it even got to me.

Aside from Pale Horse and AHS, I can't think of any other piece of media from the show's world that could be used yet.

Keep in mind Sons of Pale Horse hasn't even been mentioned on the show, so there's no guarantee Vol. 3 will be something that we've seen referenced at all.

Chris Deschaines was one of the guys in SOPH, probably a reference to that.

As for Vol. 3, I'm guessing...maybe the score for the Spielberg movie, Pale Horse? Although that might be too many Pale Horses...
