What the fuck???? I'm only halfway through the record, but it's soo good. I have never been an A-Z Ghost fan as they had a lot of meh songs on their records, but this one keeps slapping me. Very fun. Spillway is an instant favorite, reminds me of another favorite, Dance Macabre, but even better.
Edit: slapped till the end, even though they boomed mevwith having 3 intros/preludes. Best, most consisten record (EPs not included) I've heard in years. Hope they tour here... They do!!!

Saw Ghost at last night's show in London. Really great, my first time seeing them live - I hadn't considered myself a real fan and very nearly didn't go but glad I did. It's been a while since I saw a concert that was a real 'show'

I JUST saw Mastodon like 2 weeks ago, but ok! I guess I'll have to road trip to Peoria this time. I was kind of eye-balling the Green Bay date since it's closer, it's on a Friday, and it's a smaller venue, but my friend wants to see Mastodon again and they won't be in Green Bay (Carcass is opening that show instead), so looks like it's gonna be Peoria for us. Excited to see some more of the new songs (when I saw Ghost in Feb, they only played Kaisarion and Hunter's Moon from Impera since it wasn't out yet). I'm especially hoping for Watcher in the Sky and Griftwood!

I really wish they were coming closer with this, Green Bay is the nearest but I just have too many shows I am going to have to travel for already in September (Rammstein x2, Gary Numan, Nin/Ministry, Tenacious D) that I don't want to try to squeeze another one in.
