I'm going to watch it even though doesn't do much for me. It's Hugh Jackman and I'd watch him in anything.

By the way, this is the poster:

It's huge, I know but I wanted to emphasise the point that apparently, the Wolverine doesn't have nipples. Maybe it's another mutation?

I can never get over the debacle that was that awful film. And I thought Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen was going to be the worst film that year. Instead, it was the third worst film of 2009. 2nd was Gentlemen Broncos and the first was X-Men Origins: Wolverine.

Apparently, the test screening for this has been amazing. I've screamed and jumped while watching horror movies but it's the first time I've done it while watching a trailer.

    Why isn't it July yet?

They're right where they've always been...they're just tiny and kinda downturned.

    Trailer for Elysium:

I think the premise to this movie sounds intriguing and I trust Neill Blomkamp as a director, but the trailer doesn't do a lot for me. Then again, when I saw the first trailer for Clash of the Titans (the remake) I thought it would be great, so...

Could be a good one. For some reason, though, Matt looks like he's fresh out of the "Marky Mark Facial Expressions Advanced Class"...

Hmm... this looks 'shopped to me. I require more evidence.

And Elysium's look kind of remind me of Terminator Salvation...

Red band trailer for Filth. Very very NSFW. In this movie, James McAvoy is trying to kill people's obsession with pinching his cheeks while saying "Aren't you the most adorable thing in the universe?". We'll have to see if it's working.

One of my film school friends is releasing his third feature length film this summer, and- due to his adoration of cheap 1980's schlock "Straight To Video" (or "SOV" as the kids in the know call it)- it's a sci-fi cheese-fest loaded with exploitation and zero-budget special effects. I had a tiny cameo in it (catch a glimpse of me getting slapped at 0:35!), as I did in his first two!
Get ready, "Hot Chicks Blast Uranus"!

Apparently, Tom Hiddleston is in early talks to play Eric Draven in The Crow remake

Hiddleston is a great actor and I can easily see him pull this off but...

But I don't know if I want to see a remake of The Crow. There are some things in life that should be left well alone.

This has some pretty heavy-duty talent involved. Barry Sonnenfeld (All 3 Men In Black movies, Get Shorty) directed the pilot and Shawn Ryan is the showrunner. Most famous for creating The Shield but I have a good feeling of his involvement on this because of Terriers which I feel could be a good show for this to emulate in some ways. Shawn said there will be dramatic elements to the show as well as the comedic ones, which makes me think they'll try and more or less to stick to the style of the first BHC.

Ugh, fully agree. Hiddleston is great, but I don't think it's the role for him, or indeed anybody but Brandon Lee. Hell, look at that shitstorm they called a sequel.

For another thing, how can you get a better soundtrack than the original. TRICK QUESTION YOU DON'T.

Good God. I have to have this poster. I don't even care if the movie turns out to be crap. This poster is ACE.
