Eh, that's semantics. Most of us listened to an "incomplete" copy of The Fragile initially and enjoyed the theatrical versions of the Lord of the Rings movies before the extended editions were released. The physical copy of Fear Inoculum will be a version of the album, designed to be its own experience. If nothing else, listening to the inevitable leak will just mean you still have a reason to look forward to release day.

While the running time is probably a reference to the length of the digital version (as already pointed out), it's worth noting that Spoiler: the Deluxe Edition video is listed as being 6:32 in length (link below). This also puts the total over 85 minutes. There is no track that is 6:32, and the total of the digital only content exceeds 6:32.

we are so close to the final official release, people have release-version unwatermarked copies... I’m surprised it’s not out there yet. People don’t care as much about music as they used to, but this seems like an exception. I’m actually feeling the hype, and I kinda hope it doesn’t leak.

If someone wants to use their charm, there are locked copies that I think are legit on SoulSeek (there are also fakes). IRC and SoulSeek are still relevant for album leaks, as funny as that sounds in 2019.
