I'm of two minds on whether or not this is true (which is fucked up, but hey, 2020, amiright?). On one hand, I could totally see him faking it, even if it goes against what he's said in the past. On the other hand, he and his associates have been mocking and avoiding guidelines since the start of the pandemic, so I'm not at all shocked by this news. In fact, I'm surprised it hasn't happened sooner.

It is odd that Trump hasn't tweeted or called into FOX since yesterday. His people are saying that he has mild fever, but who knows how sick he really is?

Herman Cane was reported to be breathing strong right before he died, so yeah, there is absolutely no way they would say it if Trump had serious symptoms. My bet is that unless he needs to go on a ventilator (which would require Pence to be in charge for that time and couldn't be swept under the rug) he will be nothing but "doing well and recovering strong".
