As much as I like Cornette, he has a habit (like many others) of highly exaggerating some things. Plus, I think some of his bitterness gets in the way of what may have really happened. Like blaming Russo for what happened to Owen, etc. He doesn't hold back what he wants to say though. Gotta respect that. But, at the end of the day, he's like everyone else. Just a lot more out spoken.

Cornette lost it a long time ago and is just as much a cancer as Vince McMahon. He nearly destroyed Ring of Honor. He's a stupid hillbilly.

I really didn't want to weigh in on whether or not it's okay to call Eva Marie a "cum dumpster," especially when the opposition is the guy who still has the worst post in ETS history , but you've grown on me @richardp. I must admit, I think I was too hard on you a few months back. I apologize for that. I see your side of this. It's a little too foul.
The other side of the coin are passionate wrestling fans that hate seeing an unsafe and untalented girl getting pushed to the moon solely on her looks. You might call this my feelings on Rybread. The WWE is notorious for this shitty behavior and awarding shitty behavior. These guys are reacting to that. One's impulse is to insult what we hate. The point of insulting something is to demean it. Or it's for purely comedic purposes, though I don't think that's the case here.
Regardless, I feel you, @richardp, it seems like just calling Eva Marie "untalented and dangerous" would suffice. It does for me.
The greater discussion to be had is how far is too PC or are we just the new version of the old people we look sideways at for racist remarks if we ourselves aren't willing to change with the times? I lean heavily toward changing with the times.

we obviously don't agree on wrestling, which is cool.
my last remark on PC-ness: just let people say what they want, you know in your heart whether it's true or not. eva is a celebrity, she fucking asked for it. strangers calling her a cum dumpster keeps her in business.

I don't even understand how this "cum dumpster" thing overshadowed the thread, and i don't get what's the big deal: men can be "cum dumpsters" too...

On topic: Liked the MSG show, i'm one of the few people that would defend The Big Show and he really made Lesnar look like a million bucks, of course Show was going to lose but at least he still knows how...

The booking in that match was very good. Lesnar was always going to win, and he was always going to win in five minutes, but having Show put work in to start the match, and open up with three finishes because it's Brock fuckin Lesnar was a good move. I also enjoyed the post-match beatdown, where Show didn't just lie there - he got up and asked for it, because he's not a coward like Kofi Kingston (and he wasn't murdered like Kofi was).

Still, a waste of a feature spot. Get Bo Dallas in there to be ragdolled. Have him cut a promo and then run away, terrified, when Lesnar's music hits, only for Lesnar to drag his ass to the ring and kill him.

I can see now why they didn't with with Bo. It probably would've been a repeat of Kofi. This definitely made Lesnar look more menacing. Four German suplexes, a belly to back suplex, and multiple F5s. I wasn't sure if it was even possible to do a German on Show, considering his size.

Will this mean Show will finally become a jobber to the stars? I just want to see Cesaro beat him and give him the swing.

Show is already a "jobber to the stars", he has been jobbing to everyone since 99', he's always the guy that makes look good every upper midcarder/early main eventer like HHH in 2000, Lesnar (back in 2002 i mean...), John Cena ...hell! even had to put over Floyd Mayweather

OK. Oh and in non-WWE/ROH/New Japan/Lucha/indie wrestling news, Matt Hardy is the new TNA World Champ.... whoop-de-doo!

Seriously? EC3 is easily the best thing going in TNA. They not only give Matt Hardy the title, but also the undefeated streak which meant more than the title? What in the fuck are they doing?

Well, it's TNA. What do you expect. Plus, Matt didn't beat him cleanly thanks to Jeff while it was Drew McIntyre that got pinned. Yeah, I know.

At least he kept his streak. They might as well shoot themselves in the foot if they just give away his streak. Still though...meh... I hate to be one of those guys, I might have to throw in the towel with TNA. It's gotten beyond terrible at this point. Hopefully, if/when TNA falls, WWE will at least salvage some of the talent (EC3, hardys, and angle).

Yeah, they booked a shitty title change the right way, to keep EC3 unpinned/unsubmitted.

WWE will never take Angle back. They might take the Hardys back, but they're a package deal and Matt's stuck with TNA for now. It would be interesting to see EC3 in WWE.

Dunno, I'm still clinging onto hope that Angle could be brought in for at least a final match. They did bring back the dudleys. Angle could still draw. I think he's got a few matches left in him. Definitely a mania match.

I wish the WWE would bring back Angle, he has tons of talent and it's one of my favorites ever.
I don't care for the Hardys, they can retire in TNA for all i care and EC3 already wrestled in the WWE and went nowhere, actually i'm watching his work in TNA and i'm surprised it's the same guy from NXT!

From what I understand, EC3 never really got a chance to do what he's doing now. Maybe he was still too green. He's gotten a shit ton of experience working in TNA though. I think he could be a pretty solid heel in nxt/wwe now. Only downside to Angle is how banged up he is, and what happened to Sting. They may see him as a liability. Can't blame them. But, hopefully they bring him in for at least a match. Or, at the very least, induct him.

EC3 had a completely different character when he was in reality show NXT, I believe. That old version of NXT didn't do anyone justice, really.

Also, I completely forgot that Raw was on tonight. I think I'm completely checked out.

Yeah, Brock destroyed Big Show. That is it. That's your highlight of the night. Oh, and WWE is once again sponsored by a scam charity.

Scam charity? Looks like they could be building towards Cena/Ziggler. Rusev looks to be going for a belt. Kane and Rollins is official. A good bit happened tonight. Not a great raw (usual). But, as a buildup, it did what it needed to do.
