Same here, I think it's decent. For some reason, the digital sound to the drums at the beginning was throwing me off but as the song continued I became interested in it. Is this supposed to be for a new record or something? What's the point of releasing this?

Oh and as you said, it very much rubbed me the wrong way someone is trying to do a similar Kim Deal vocal style in the track.

That genre of singing has never appealed to me. I don't see how it would to anyone. Legit, please tell me anyone?

This song is so edgy and risque, guys!...Everyone at work kept saying how dirty and inappropriate the video is. This is what they were talking about? The fuck? Nipples and an egotistical cock-bite?

Edit: NSFW, because I forget things. Sorry to anyone I got fired!

    THIS SONG IS FUCKING GARBAGE.

Terrible... Also, Alrea's coworkers, meet Rammstein.

Do I even have to add that this is ALL of the NSFW? I will anyway, for anyone who hasn't seen/heard about it...

I hated that song and video. Just came off as trying too hard to be sex-infused and overly sexual for absolutely no reason whatsoever.

Let me buy the deluxe edition with dick casts of the band mates!!11!!!!one

The "You have a pusseh and i have a dickeh" line still makes me laugh though, even years later.

I disagree on every level. Yeah, this song is stupid and oversexualized, but I love it because of it. It's not taking itself seriously, and it's a catchy pop song that's totally fun and of the moment. Seriously, if we're going to remember something as a song for this summer, I'm glad it's between this and "Get Lucky". Pharell has his best beat in a while, Robin Thicke finally becomes a superstar, and this has TI's best verse since like Paper Trail came out. It also doesn't sound like any stupid club banger out there with a fucking bass drop or a shitty EDM feel which pop music is full of. It's actually quite refreshing.

I like that fucking song. It's catchy as hell and the video is cool. It's one of the rare pop songs right now that is really good.

Now back to topic. Has anyone heard the Goo Goo Dolls' song "Rebel Beat"? What the fuck? Are they so desperate to become a radio band again by making a lame pop song?

who cares about a silly pop song so much? the real focus of anything-Blurred Lines should be Emily Ratajkowski. Jesus Christ that woman is flawless.

Never heard it but it is in the vein of Iris then I get the gist. They were never super popular outside that song anyways. The band is kinda never going to hit the big time, they never really did and I doubt they ever will.

Once I heard that guy's vocals. I knew this was horrendous. I'm going to find this guy and beat the holy shit out of him just for us NIN fans. He's now added to the growing enemies list of people who butchered NIN songs like Linkin Park and Maroon 5.

What a total bastardization of one of the many quintessential classic hip hop tracks. Ugh.

Street Sweeper Social Club did a fantastic cover though.

This shit is so bad...so fucking bad that it comes with a story. *cracks knuckles*

Band that writes arguably the most racist song, 'Asian Girlz', ever swears it's not racist.

    No really...

first of all, how can they even PRETEND it's not racist? :: eye roll ::

secondly, WHY DOES THAT BAND NEED TWO VOCALISTS!?

    Robin Thicke's Blurred Lines:

    1. I'm sick of these songs telling that there's a slut in every girl, even if the girl pretends to be "good". And the lyrics express how much fun it is to finally free that inner slut and it's the more fun, the more the girl previously pretended to be good. Basically, we're all having fun when the boy finds a good girl, finally gets her to admit to her slutty ways, and then he discards her for another girl.
    2. Shame on Miley Cyrus for performing exactly the kind of act that these songs are about. Oh, she was such a good girl, and now she's such a slut, and first we praised her into heaven and now we can curse her to hell for her slutty ways.
    2. Shame for stealing that Marvin Gaye groove and making such drivel danceable.
