Wow a new thread in this board! Amazed we didn’t have a Basinsky thread already.

Hit me up with your recommendations from his deep catalogue. I’m familiar with the disintegration loops (obvs), on time out of time (a great one for dozing) and Lamentations. Tia!

Basinski is awesome. Yes, the disintegration tapes are the go to, and disintegration loops, but he has a lot of great ambient/noise/experimental stuff. I really think Melancholia is overlooked.

Love me some Basinski -- Lamentations is a great collection of shorter works for those that would like a starting point if you've never listened to WB or longer tape loops.
