His ex-wife Kate decided to share this, as James passed away 4 years ago on this day. It features him and the band, Kennedy from MTV, and even John Malm. Eventually she will try to dig up other unseen footage.

This is the article I wrote on him last year, for the ones that didn't see it.

Wow, there's some great stuff on there. The raw behind the scenes stuff is better than the stuff on Closure.

Interesting that they were studying, practicing, and soundchecking Physical and then didn't even play it on that whole part of the tour.

Trent was playing Syndicate (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Syndicate_(1993_video_game)) on the plane, a game I'm not familiar with.

And boy, that limo ride sure got uncomfortable when Danny started pressing Robin on handjobs and his sexuality.

It’s a great game

I hope Kate is feeling the love from all of James' fans.

Looks like the recent footage from MSD->Closer was recorded in Miami or Jacksonville (possibly Orlando). It's a Florida arena and I'm leaning more towards Jacksonville, but I can't tell for sure.

Yep, recorded at the Miami arena (which was the one FL show I didn't hit in 1994).

Wow, it's amazing to see the guys jamming on "Physical" (with Sean Beavan filling in for Trent!) to an empty Molson Park in Barrie. James says "day before the Toronto gig" (they would have probably been staying in Toronto proper, but the venue was about an hour's drive north of the city)... so that dates this footage and probably also the limo ride clip to August 5th, 1994.

Sean liked to check the P.A. and monitor rigs with some weird stuff... you can hear some of the isolated NIN backing tape for "Sin", but also Jethro Tull, lol.

Some of this footage deserved to be included in Closure!

Looks like the MSD and DII videos has been removed, did anyone save them?

They aren't playing anymore as embedded but still available on YT. Gonna rip all of them right now just in case.

Great stuff, neat to see the additional behind the scenes action. Oh that DII scream at ~3:30, my empire to have made a couple shows in that era. 90's Manson was something else.

More videos added: ruiner MOTP and a couple more.

I heart Danny's soundcheck antics.

I want to point out that in the comment section of one of these videos somebody offers to buy this footage from her but she declines. She said that she wanted to release it for free because of what a crap year everyone has had. What a cool lady.

A bunch of new clips posted this week, and most of them are live clips from 2wo concert, apparently James played live keyboards for them. You learn something new every day..

Been loving this footage! The backstage stuff is awesome, but the performances she's been uploading are fantastic.

The footage where she's walking around in the crowd after a show is hilarious to me, just because of the sheer number of people smoking cigarettes inside a venue along with the lax security letting people just linger for an hour after the show was done. That all seems like something from another planet to me, weird that we grew up with that being normal.
