Sounds like someone took a generic instrumental and put Mariqueen's vocals over it with no regard to timing. I'm guessing it's someone's attempt to steal streaming revenue. I think it's highly unlikely that this is endorsed by the band.

Exactly my thought.
It seems really strange that an artist can pull this off. I'd expect that maybe you can get away with sampling audio for some time before it gets caught, but to be able to get the original artist name associated with the track seems crazy to me.
