I'm currently making compilations of NIN covers, one video one artist, each having every live cover we got recorded during NIN concerts. The most recent the better. I just choose the best ninlive (or else) audio recording and build on that by doing multicams when needed, using everything I can find. Making vids that have a good flow too, where everything segues well.

I will include performances with guests from the covered band itself, in NIN shows. So no Peter Murphy, no Dissonance Tour, these are singular entities that are meant to be watched alone, imo. And it's widely available and already edited professionally. But yes to Gary Numan and yes to Mariqueen Maandig.

Already done :

David Bowie : youtube (https://goo.gl/4yqXPd) / download (https://mega.nz/#F!t5UkHAIR!Eol48WF-9qikCheET5zd2Q)
Joy Division : youtube (https://goo.gl/CNz7wG) / download (https://mega.nz/#F!kg8kmCCC!zaEGBJT6eQNnHKTHRgzntg)

To do :

Gary Numan
How To Destroy Angels
Saul Williams
Prick
Adam Ant
...

This is also a thread for talking about live covers in general, if you want to :)

So I guess this would include stuff like List of Demands, The Beautiful People, Warm Leatherette, Animal, Final Solution... It this it is probably a pretty long list.

What about times artists were guests playing nine inch nails songs like, Wish with Dillinger Escape Plan or Survivalism with Saul Williams...

@botley (https://www.echoingthesound.org/community/member.php?u=469) Thanks, great stuff. I saw the perf on setlist.fm, didn't see those vids. Lots of material to dig. Adding that to the list.
@buckaroo (https://www.echoingthesound.org/community/member.php?u=849) Well I'm only doing people NIN covered multiple times, multiple tracks, of which we have recordings. So maybe I'll do those. And at some point a compilation video of all the performances that only happened once ? Won't sum to anything but would be a good way to have them all in one place.

Lots of stuff to potentially put together yeah, but I'll do the obvious ones first. And to see if that evolves into a folder of everything that ever was covered or something.

If you are doing Prick you can add PWEI from the same show.
