The Davies brothers and original drummer Mick Avory have been making a new album, their first in over 20 years (https://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/2018/06/26/ray-davies-kinks-officially-getting-back-together/amp/?__twitter_impression=true).

I remember reading once that Trent is a fan, and bonded with his father over their music.

Arthur is my favorite album of theirs but "The Moneygoround" is my favorite song. The Kinks are better than the Beatles in my book.

The Lola album is one of my favorites. They're so awesome as I like to think of them, the Beatles, the Stones, and the Who as the definitive bands of the British Invasion with honorable mentions for Gerry & the Pacemakers, the Hollies, and the Dave Clark Five.
