NIN –Downward Spiral Book

Does anyone know much about this?

I've read mention of Cormac McCarthy books, but most interview, Trent seems to talk more about music – which makes sense.

I can imagine Nietzsche – but I don't know this for a fact!

He probably doesn't have any time left to read between the band, scores and raising 4 kids with a beautiful wife.

I seem to recall an interview maybe 10 years ago where he mentioned Clive Barker?

Also, just a heads up, you might get a better response posting this question in the nin forum. This literature subforum is a bit if a ghost town. Not many people will see your question over here.
