i was very, very into this when it launched, then just lost attention over time. too many bugs. i should log in sometime, i swear i uploaded at least a gig or two's worth of rare new wave tracks.

edit: anyone have experience with the iphone app? i can't login to turntable.fm (facebook/twitter block at work) but might hop on and play if it works well with 3G...

I've seen people on there from the UK using tunnels, socks, or whatever the hell they're called. The bandwidth it needs is low enough for a good connection.

as i was saying to tea in private, the 3g connection is awful on the iphone so i'll sign in on a more stable medium soon! looking forward to playing with you kids.

i'd imagine it costs alot of $ to keep this thing going...and they have no advertising yet as far as i can tell.

i wish they would let you login without facebook or twitter. both are blocked at work, which pretty much stopped my use of turntable.fm for the time being...
