Some of you may remember from the old board that I had a band called 30 Fathom Grave. We released a pair of albums: one in 2008 (Transcendence) and one in 2009 (Consciousness and its Implications). Both albums are available on iTunes, Apple Music, Spotify, Tidal, Bandcamp, Google Play, Amazon Music, etc. Our studio albums are just me and one other guy, and then we assemble a live band when we get the itch to play shows. I mainly play guitar, but I also handle most of the "noise" stuff.

After a five-year hiatus, we're in the process of recording a new album. The new stuff is more bass and guitar-driven, and less reliant on noise and electronics (though those elements are still present).

***EDIT*** I've temporarily removed all links until the final versions are ready to go.

Bumping this for an update. Our first album in 8+ years comes out June 9th, 2017. It's called "Aurora." It'll be available on iTunes, Apple Music, Google Play, Amazon Music, Tidal, Spotify, bla bla bla. We're also exploring the possibility of a limited vinyl run.

We focused on recording full instrumental tracks prior to moving on to vocals, and before we knew it, we had an album that worked well as a post-rock record (in our biased opinion), so we're making this our first instrumental album. There will eventually be a vocal, companion release, but we dig the instrumentals enough to want to release it in that format.

Aurora should be available pretty much everywhere now. Here are just a few places where you can hear it:

iTunes:

Apple Music:

Amazon:

...and you can stream it for free on Bandcamp (with a pay-whatever-you-want option if you'd like to download it):

You can also stream it on YouTube:

It's also on Spotify, Tidal, iHeartRadio, Pandora, etc. Please feel free to share links below (I'm an Apple Music guy myself, so I don't have Spotify, Tidal, Google Play, etc.).

A big thank you to everyone who has supported us, and every single person who puts on a pair of headphones and takes this album for a spin. I hope you enjoy it.

Necro-bumping this thread because a lot has changed over the last 4 years.

First off, in addition to all major streaming services, all of my band's music can be streamed for free on bandcamp: https://30fathomgrave.bandcamp.com

After Aurora, we started focusing on instrumental music, which we started releasing under our actual names (Aaron Moya & David Thompson... I'm the 2nd guy). We released 3 LPs in 2020 and an EP in 2019. Those are streaming everywhere and free on bandcamp as well: https://aaronmoyadavidthompson.bandcamp.com

Our latest album is called "A Head Full of Ghosts." Pretty fucking proud of it.

We're about to get started on a new instrumental album, as well as our first 30 Fathom Grave album since 2017. Hopefully I'll be more timely with updates since my last post...
