The mini rift between @slave2thewage (http://www.echoingthesound.org/community/member.php?u=89) and me. I'm glad we worked it out, but that was good times.
When @AgentofChaos (http://www.echoingthesound.org/community/member.php?u=387) went crazy
@papercut's General existance
@prometheus hysterically going off on Leviathant for no reason.

Death Grips vs. ETS for the absolute win.

Also, NotoriousTIMP's ridiculously cute dog Yoda.

And of course, my fellow dudes in the ETS nWo, Jake and Josh.

The ETS Fantasy Football League was something else this year, but mad love to my homies in the sports thread holding it down.

Last, but not least, my love @Dra508 (http://www.echoingthesound.org/community/member.php?u=101) who is arguably my favorite person in the world.Not going to turn this into a luvlist, so yes, we had a good year. Thanks for sharing your time with me.

The highlight for me here is the level of moderation. Maybe the interweb is getting old or maybe we all have more experience, but have enjoyed watching some of the diverse conversation here. Many folks have different views, coming from different reference points, and for the most part, all doing their best to listen to the others point of you. Of course, there's been discourse, but self moderation and the veterans that keep us all on topic have definitely been highlights for me.

As for specific threads I've see has highlights:

The Transgender Thread - I'm not, but I have great empathy for those that are working through their stuff and I think it's important for acceptance, everyone - like me, understand.
The Furgeson Thread
The little things that piss me off thread - it's been a mainstay and is a nice place to just vent. The How Fucked Is My Thread has faded away a bit and I don't know if that's because we're all happier, not sharing, or split so much up. Maybe that's a lowlight.

Happy New Year Everyone
