my two good friends have recently started a musical project called Ganser, of which i am an auxiliary part.

they just released their debut digital single last night. i played drums & guitars on both songs.

"Losing Light" has a very New Order vibe to it, and "Valhalla" sounds something like early Liars doing an industrial song.

i have no idea what any of the synths are specifically because i didn't work on any of them. i can tell you the atmospheric noise in sun ghosts is the recording of jupiter that NASA released.
all the guitars/drums are me. sun ghosts and low blow are definitely my favorites. the chorus of low blow took me so many tries to get right because it's such a simple but kinetic part, and it's really easy to get off-time when you're playing that loud/fast.

haha thanks. i'm actually going to be playing one last show with the girls this friday because they haven't found a new guitar player, yet, and they had already committed to this show a while ago. i'll probably continue to collaborate with them in the future on my everson poe (http://www.echoingthesound.org/community/threads/1507-Everson-Poe) stuff.
