That youtube playlist is one to avoid, it's got some fakes and some mistakes. Tbh, a lot of that "rare" list is easily available, I created it to show ones not available on domestic, standard issue, CD release albums.

Well "rare" in this day and age is somewhat subjective anyway... and where else can you hear these on "on the fly"? but what's fake besides that 1st track?

yes i know - there is a lot of fine print that i don't feel like re-typing. to address those two specifics, i leave burn on the list because it was on a re-release and not the original and i leave dead souls on the list because it is not on the us version.

As in the version on the Soundtrack or in the film? I ripped 'Is Your Love Strong Enough' from GWTDT as it is slightly different. I include it in a HTDA remix playlist.

There's a version, possibly the WITT b side, that doesn't have the abrupt ending and instead fades out. Same with Discipline (single version).

As for htda ... there's actually a fair few weird things for that. But that's a thread for a different forum :P

soundtrack version = single version = 5 m 15 s long
version on both WITT part 3 and ITV = 5 m 42 s
version on USA promo CD = 4 m 22 s
these are all digital versions, haven't checked video version but it gotta be the shorter one

my first time hearing top of the hour and as im listening to it, im thinking this sounds like something MTV wouldve used for their news programs or something back in the day, and then i read the info on this and sure enough mtvjapan used it. (always nice to hear new broken era nin no matter 45 seconds or longer.)
