I think I'm getting to the point where I've stopped caring about any other form of booze besides whiskey. I used to try out all the various brands of beer and wine and rum and tequila and liqueurs and all that stuff. But these days it's just like, "eh, fuck that shit." Now I can understand those people who give up on listening to new bands and just settle down with their two favorite records. It's just like, why waste my time? I know exactly what I want.

I enjoy whiskey but can rarely afford to drink it (my tastes run to the expensive, so I usually only drink it when I'm at my parents' place, my dad likes the top-shelf stuff), so I'm a beer man.

Beer and Gin right here. Nothing else although I won't say no if someone invites me for a cider at the local Irish Pub we've been heading to for the last few weekends. Due to some complications with my esophagus two years ago I have to avoid hard liquer so I stick to the lighter stuff.

Gotta kick the alcohol though for a while since I'm starting a workout routine to get into shape and form for my upcoming fencing tournaments. It's gonna be hard, but worth it. I cut it down already by having a glass of water here and there if the situation doesn't call for party animals and it worked out quite well so far. The past weekends have been disastrous, though, but now that strong beer season is over in Germany I may reach my goal.

I kinda had to chef up my own recipe because google is a fickle bitch but basically it's this (all measurements are approximate):

3oz spiced rum (Bacardi Oakheart)
8oz Motts Clamato juice
3 dashes of pepper
2 dashes of salt
2 dashes of worshestesterstsrsr
1 dash seasoning salt
3 ice cubes
1 piece of celary
1/4 dill pickle

TASTY DRINK AND A HEALTHY SNACK WHILE YOU MAKE THE NEXT ONE

In a 12oz glass this bitch gets full to the rim when tyou throw in the pickle so you might want to use a straw, or just drink some whille you're making it or whatever the fuck float your boat

Bleck, I could never get use to the taste of Absolut. For inexpensive stuff, Skyy is definitely the way to go. A couple months ago, I was introduced to whiskey- Knobs Creek. Oh my god- love. As much as I had a woody white wine, I love this woody bourbon.

I now know to limit myself to two neat drinks- that is it.

I don't know what it is but the three different brands of "Canadian" whiskey I've had have all been delicious and they're all made in Louisville, Ky (from imported ingredients) which is where I live so it's super cheap as well and it gets the job done, currently drinking Northern Lights which is the cheapest of the bunch I've tried, it's pretty good but the bud of the same name is much better haha I don't post on here a lot and not sure if I've ever posted on this thread before but I feel like I'm always drunk when I'm posting things on here but this is the first time where I'm in a thread where it's worth pointing out that I've been drinking. Every player starts with a full beer at the beginning of the race. You have to finish the beer before you finish the race, you CAN NOT drink it while you are driving or out of bounds; you pretty much have to pull over. Since I'm not that great at Mario Kart but exceed in chugging booze, my strategy was crush the beer before I even cross the starting line, then catch up to everyone. PentLY for Drining while driving = take a shot. mo brother vommed :D

Tonight is getting hammered and particularly because of this stuff:

They are fighting with Jägermeister about the brand from time to time. Funny thing being that it's never about the taste, but the logo, although they taste pretty much alike. Anyway, this is the shit right now in clubs and bars around the city and just like Jägermeister I hate it, but am able to drink it to perfection. It's like Jägermeister with a chocolate note. Some people hate, some people love it.

last night of my vacation in Waikiki, Hawaii. Been drinking tropical drinks for about 8 days or so, a shot of patron that woke me up to vomit later in the night, and now, finishing everything off with a mix of southern comfort and mountain dew. it's been fun.
