Whats the the front and center piece?
The thing with the bowed/flat metal things.

(Yes, I've googled flat cymbal crash hihat whatevers.
Its why I'm asking.)

I don't think any cymbal company specifically makes anything like that. It's not widely used so I'd guess it's something custom. Think about Ghosts and look at the different percussion instruments used there. There might be a company that makes weird percussion items like these but I don't know any of them.

It's called a RibbonCrasher, made by RhythmTech. It is also seen being used by Jerome Dillon in And All That Could Have Been (Just Like You Imagined, The Mark Has Been Made). I can't recall if it was used or not by Ilan in 2009 for JLYI. I'm thinking not.
