uh, no. lithography is a copying process.
technically, original art can be made using it. i know of a local artist (shudder) who uses it make utter crap, using a process of multiple lithographs.
basically, an image is appplied to large flat stone (sometimes cut, sometimes with a paste, there are various other methods too imagine), and then ink is applied to the stone, and the stone is used to press the inked image onto the paper.
however i suspect that modern usage of the word "lithograph" has no relation to this process whatsoever. i think they're using it as a fancy word for "album flat."
the original artwork in this case is a giant painting by russell mills, which was photographed, and printed. i don't think true lithography came into play anywhere, although i bet mills has used it to make other pieces...
