edit: i'd like to note that "accidental" video posts are sort of a regular occurence on nin.com. videos (i think "the hand that feeds" was one of them) have previously appeared on the site for short periods of time, only to be removed after getting "caught" by a few lucky fans, and then reuploaded in a different place later on. so... i'm all for believing this one.

Perhaps videos/information people are uploading now that the government isn't around anymore to prevent them from doing so...? (That might explain why they're using the old date system and not the YZ system?)

In video 3 the confiscation date is -0008, according to "another version of the past", nothing happens in -8

Remember, confiscation date means when it was aquired, not when it was made.

what i think the videos are...are videos that were uploaded to youTube in the future, that have been removed from youTube by the government (hence why they have a confiscated date on them different from when the events happened)
