Customer care is always the last to know about anything. Best Buy blows. I hope someone gets a hold of the full interview though.

@3killa.....yea it looks like the evidence is all right there....It does in fact says 10 minutes...thats real proof right there....basically I think it comes down 2 Best Buy just screwed up.....I mean if people havent figured it out by now, it probably was a big mistake....the sticker on the CD itself doesn't say anything about 10 minutes.....but the website did in fact state "10 minutes".....so I think it was just a big screw up.....

yea they probably got pressed for time when it came down to the packaging, didnt have the interview codes printed out or something. regardless its a fuckup they should fix by releasing the 10 minute interview to everybody, or atleast people who have proof of the purchase (the exclusive interview cd had a different upc code). one way or another it should be fixed, they shouldnt advertise something and then just say "l o l whoops!"

I totally agree, theres also a good chance a 10 minute interview doesn't even exsist....They could of got word from other sources that it was 10, and only came out to be 4 minutes....either way they did screw up on the website...hopefully someone will answer that question, still it looks bad on Best Buy for not having the exact facts straight....

I'm looking into the legal ramifications of all this. If you guys can save all evidence of Best Buy's false advertising, that'd be really helpful -- in case BB starts taking it down.
