I'm so excited now. Think maybe Trent will do a Neil Young cover? I remember Thom Yorke did "After the Goldrush" back in 2003; and it was incredible.

Over at the spotting thread it appears that this is not true. The whole concert thing tonight. Is it true. I can find nothing on nin.com about it. :Sad

Don't make this into a Trent's Beard thread.

Who gives a fuck how he looks.
Over a beard, sweet Jesus H Christ.

The "uncomfirmed" setlist looks good; looks like slower songs, which is a-okay by me. And yeah, hopefully a boot is on the way, a lot of have wanted to hear Trent with a string arrangement behind him.

Just got back. Set list looks about right. After "La Mer," TR went into an extended instrumental. It was great hearing the songs accompanied by a string quartet. I was suprised, and pleased, to hear "The Fragile." Also managed to pick up a litho (definitely a litho as it was printed on a thick card-board type paper) listing all the performers, including TR. Finally, the MC announced, and the concert program states:

"Tracks from your favorite artists from the first twenty years of the Bridge School Concerts available exclusively on itunes November 14, 2006." Whether these are actual concert tracks and whether TR will be a part of this is unclear; but, seems likely.

It was an amazing set.
