As much as I dont want to get people going by bringing this up and continuing to perpetuate the tapeworm nonsense that they might one day be released, judging by the fact he is listed as credited, and yet not listed under any actual function, its highly possible it is a reworked tapeworm song and Maynard is just giving TR credit for the sake of it. His is the only name to be listed in the song credit brackets, but then not be listed under who played/contributed what.
Or perhaps Trent arranged the song but didn't contribute any performance of instruments.

I thought the original mix that was released, was considered the Renholder mix?
When it's played on the site, it mentions that it features Renholder and Milli Jovovich.
I was kind of hoping there would be more new songs! rather than live tracks. Either way, not complaining!
i'm thinking renholder mix is the original version. kinda like with The Undertaker (it's hard to believe that album version is the original since it was released 4 years after rehnolder mix and don't even feature danny, the co-writer)
