South America, thank you very much! We had a great time performing for you and hanging out in your neck of the woods. I promise we'll be back before long and again I apologize for the cancellations (those were OUR fault and not the promoter's).
On another note, Josh Freese fans be sure to check out a show on the upcoming North American leg of the tour, as sadly they will be the last ones he's playing with us. He informed me he's leaving the tour at the end of this year. Yes, we are still dear friends. No, I'm not sure what we are going to do.
See you in Mexico!

I'm so fucking happy I'm going to Vegas. It'll be bittersweet.

Cheers buddy Smile

I think it'd be kinda cool if Jerome came back, i have a strange respect for his drumming, in a different sense to total respect of mr freese:P

Argh don't remind me! :(

Purely speculative, I know, but I wonder if he's leaving to spend time with his family? At least he's leaving on his own accord and on good terms.

Heh, I have an inkling he and Trent aren't the best of friends...at least they weren't when he left.

Rush's done touring for now (i think), so Neal Peart's available. Neal Peart? Yeah?

Freese is hands down the best drummer I've seen play with NIN. These last two or three years have been great.

I know people like to throw around the word "irreplaceable", but Freese, hands down, has been the best drummer for NIN. I really can't see anyone else filling his shoes. Shit, I don't envy Trent right now.

he worked on a couple Ghosts songs too... so he seems to be the front runner, in terms of speculative drummers. though Neal Peart would be fucking sweet.

Wow, that was unexpected. Now I'm glad I'll have seen 5 shows this tour.
