and as long as Gil's coming back to guest star once in a while, i'm fine with him being gone, as long is his replacement isn't unbearable to watch. also, according to IMDB, Sarah's back in season 9 to replace Warrick now that their short-handed. although it makes me sad that everyone's leaving, it looks like they'll be wrapping up the series with season 10
then i might have to start watching CSI Miami or NY *shudders*

I mean, YEAH, it's hard to believe he'd survive, however every single website keeps saying that they're not sure weather or not Warrick will survive or not. I don't know if Sarah is coming back to stay and apparently William Peterson is staying on to produce and shizz. Also, yes, the guest appearances.
