RedKing and bryantodd: What do you guys think the chances will be of something appearing in the bay area? The way I see it, there will only be one concert -- in LA. hm... Plus, I'm going to be out of town (and no, not in LA, haha) from the 13th-19th. I'ma be so pissed if I hear about something in my area. I asked my dad to watch it but he said that if it's in LA there's no point in watching for anything aside from for the excitement.

Also, hopefully when all this is done there will be a ninwiki article with a list of locations, descriptions, and maybe a .kml file with all the locations on them.

i have the view and route folder but nothing else.

i have the lights file, so it wont update by itself? but it wont let me refresh it either? and does the ? folder appears only when theres a new one that pops out somewhere?

that's pretty much how it's been working, yea. the "?" shows up at the bottom of the list of shows under the north american 2008 folder. (underneath "the forum.") when the item is found, the ? goes away.

xvanx: Delete whatever nin.com tour stuff you have on the left under "my places" and use this file:

http://tour.nin.com/tour/nintour.kml

Once you open it, it'll be under temporary places. To add it to my places, right-click the topmost folder "nine inch nails" and click Add to My Places. It will now automatically update. The "?" folder only appears when an "?" item is on the map.

...or, Trent puts like 5 question marks at once, and only one is real and the rest are decoys.

This treasure hunt is for the final dress rehearsal in the LA area, mos def because Trent lives there. There is mos def only the one show, and since it is to be in LA, I doubt the "?" will show up anywhere else. As far as this happening during the tour, that remains to be seen. *just my thoughts*
