Over and Out: What a groove. Didn't see this coming at all. More Bowie love on the vocals. Really like the simpleness of the outro.
This is all going to need a re-listen with headphones, but it's good shit to my ears thus far.

I was indifferent towards GBDTD initially. So starkly different vocally from anything else it left me unsure what to think. Hearing it in the context of the album makes all the difference, IMO. Fucking love it. The cohesion from track to track (mostly sax) and the vocal stylings shared with O&O. Fuck.

I feel like this album is its own beast, with its own statement. I don't foresee it mixing well in playlists with AV or NtAE.

Yeah, this is DEFINITELY my favorite of the three new records.
It's fucking great. I find it incredible that Trent is still groundbreaking and vital almost 30 years in.

Yeah I tried Googling where to download Bad Witch and I got some link to a Twitter account that made you fill out all your information to get the download, I stopped after it wanted my cell number and address... I guess I'll wait until Friday and drive down to Sunrise Records to pick up a CD since there is no phyical component or CD with download option this time.

Listened to the record twice on my lunch break (skipped GBDTD both times since I've heard it a ton already.) I fucking love it. I'm not too big on the instrumentals, but they'll grow on me as most of their instrumentals do. Ahead of Ourselves and Over and Out are easily my two favorites.
