    We were told by the company that when they were shipped out, we would receive a new e-mail letting us know (I think along with tracking info, though that might just be for some of the shipping options and not all of them).

    Does anyone recall who said or typed that? Going through my emails and NIN.store doesn't say anything about receiving an email notification.

    I honestly don't remember who reported back here about it (they had contacted support and pasted the reply here... somewhere).
