I'll get it on CD next Wednesday. Long story short: went to a store to buy a turntable (sold my old one and I wanted a new one for HM and my others NIN vinyls) and the owner told me they'll start selling it the 28th, so I'll go that day and buy it.

at one time, TR's avatar on ETS or nin.com was goatse. why wouldn't he call his own artwork shit? i'm not saying he is or isn't that user, i honestly think either way that if it was, he's not going to leak it himself based on some contract with columbia shit.

Apparently Trent used to comment on the old board under the name teitan (before my time). There was a thread a little while back that had links to some of his posts that were saved somewhere another. I read a few and basically he just came and trolled everyone relentlessly, quite like the way bugas is doing now. It may not be him but I'm thinking it's probably someone from the NIN camp atleast. Still, no way to prove or confirm it so it doesn't really matter but I do admit my hopes are high for the 28th. Please don't break my heart bugas!

I didn't preorder earlier because I like to go to Waterloo Records here in town the day of release and pick up the vinyl. That is such a rare experience these days and one I always took for granted when I was younger. Not that I haven't devoured everything that's been released so far, but I am hoping that I can avoid the leak - if it is indeed in 4 days. Hope the best for all that can't wait though...

i just read the part of the interview where he links this to the downward spiral, who he was at the time, and how that album transitioned/manifested that into audio. i can see now why he chose the artist he did for the cover etc., the font and everything...this is not year zero. this is nothing close. this is what we were missing between TDS and TF, in my humble opinion.

i literally can't believe this hasn't leaked. is this normal for most pop/major label artists? really, i have no idea. most of the stuff i listen to either never leaks because nobody cares or in the case of the metal bands i like it always leaks weeks, or sometimes months, ahead of release. i would have expected something this popular to have been out a least a couple weeks before the release date.
