The New QOTSA album will melt off our faces for sure, guys.I'm glad to see Chris Goss is involved with the Sound City soundtrack.
Btw,listening to my Songs for the Deaf copy,I remembered that Twiggy is one of the dj's. Any of you know which of them is Twiggy? I can't recognize him by his voice.
apparently he can be heard at the end of do it again.

Type in your e-mail address. Or maybe there's more to this, I dunno.
Yeah that is all weird and cyptic. TR must be rubbing off on Josh.
I think its at the end of Do It Again and by the way I hate how cryptic they're being but hopefully something substantial is on the way
It's just a regular newsletter, probably.
the fact the website is what it is and the rekrek forum is down gives hope, they really got to make some type of announcement soon to start building some legitimate buzz, I think their first shows are in March so atleast by then we'll know whats good
Patrick fucking Swayze!

Watching the press try to cover the recordings this band makes is like watching nine-year-olds play broken dickphone. That "documentary" above is way more informative.
what's the trick to enter the website?

No trick, just enter your e-mail.
In their cryptic postings so far theres been a common usage of the number 9, it definitely means something but I don't know, my guess i the album comes out 4/9/12 (because that is a tuesday and albums come out on tuesdays)
No. Just... gonna say no, here.
I watched End of Watch last night (it was awful) and I noticed there's a different version of 'Nobody To Love' than the one I have, different instrumentation and Josh's voice seems to be higher.
Does anyone have a source of it?
From the moment I saw young "Bobby" in this video, I couldn't help but think, "wow...that's probably what a young Josh Homme woulda done".
!

From the Qotsa FB:
"Lanegan came by. He didn't say much, but he sang good."
- Troy Van Leeuwen said to Dean Fertita as overheard by Mikey Shoes

I sincerely hope that he sings on more than one song. But any Lanegan is good Lanegan as long as it's a proper song rather than some backing vocals.
still recording?
hope they stick to josh saying it'll be out by the start of june.
Random: QOTSA should do a cover of "Low Rider."
Yeah, then they'd be crazy Korn cool.
Saw End the Watch last night. Was totally surprised by Josh's song at the start of the credits and puscifer.
Forgot to mention. Had a dream I met Josh the other night. He said the album would be out March 24th.
Am going to be totally creeped out if it does.
