Concerning names, this is WAY worse than an anecdote I read in a book about authors sharing Tolkien/LOTR related stories. Terry Pratchett, at a book signing asked a woman who he should make it out to:
Her: *mumbles*
Him: "Sorry, didn't catch that"
Her: *mumbles again*
Him: "Once more, please?"
Her: "It's 'Galadriel', okay?"
What's wrong with that?! My sister's husband's middle name is Rohan, and his sister's name is Lorien! At least they're named after classic literature things and not after a social media site. "Oh darling, he's beautiful, our little Myspace Williams!"
